SHIPPING POLICY: All orders are shipped by UPS. COD means a money order, a postal money order, or a certified check.You may also pay for your order with PayPal. All original shipping charges are the customer’s responsible Unless you are useing PayPal and only then shipping charges are paid up front. M.E.B.A. does not refund original shipping charges.
